Further on into town, a number of other Swiss-chalet-type buildings dot the city and countryside, marking them as C&A buildings.

Tool & die facility south of ChurubuscoCentral

This 330,000 square foot facility known formerly as Mahle Clevite (Dana) will accomodate the future growth of C&A's tooling capabilities and manufacturing processes.

The South Complex

C&A’s South Building, for example, is shaped like an “H” - 180,000 sq. ft. on 46 acres - with each leg containing four pods of 20,000 + sq. ft.

The cross arm is our central service corridor - 24 ft. wide serving each pod and permitting materials and parts requiring several operations to move easily from pod to pod. Corners of walls are even cut off to permit lift trucks to turn more easily.

Pods are dedicated to specialized operations: milling, grinding, lathe work - with pods dedicatable to highly critical product lines like orthopedic and clean room. In addition, satellite metrology lab's focused on each specific pod support the manufacturing operations.
