“Uncommon people achieving uncommon results.” At C&A Tool, there are no supervisors. Only fully-empowered technicians and specialists. Making up self-directed work teams. Working three shifts, eight hour days or fourteen hour days, as needed to meet your highest-precision needs.
By trade, these are tool makers, engineers, metallurgists, quality control specialists. But each, a skilled practitioner of the fine art of tooling & high precision components- dedicated to achieving the uncommon for you.
Many are descendants of the original Swiss and German-speaking immigrants who settled and brought their specialized skills with them to Northern Indiana. Many have now even become second generation employees of C&A Tool.
